Fields of  Engineering and Applied Sciences are closely related to each other . Applied science is important for technology development. Its use in industrial settings is usually referred to as Research and Development. 3rd ICEAS – 2014 focus on following fields of Engineering and Applied Sciences.

Civil Engineering
Civil engineering is a broad field encompassing several distinct areas of specialization. It is also the oldest of the engineering professions. The scope of civil engineering includes design, planning, managing and construction of highways, airports, harbours, dams, hydro development, bridges, buildings, industrial plants, site remediation, pollution control and so much more.

Computer engineering
Computer engineering is a fast-changing discipline concerned with the design and analysis of computer systems applied to the solution of practical problems. It encompasses both computer hardware and software design in applications ranging from telecommunications and information systems, such as the Internet or telephone networks, to instrumentation, robotics and mobile hand-held devices.

Electrical Engineering
Electrical engineering is a fast-changing, diversified discipline concerned with the analysis, design and manufacture of a variety of devices, systems and processes involving electricity. It involves the transfer of electrical energy and information.

Mechanical Engineering
Mechanical engineering is a very broad field of engineering that involves the application of physical particles for analysis, design, manufacturing and maintenance of mechanical systems. Mechanical engineering encompasses the design, analysis, testing and manufacture of products that are used in every facet of modern society. The mechanical engineer may design a computer, a machine, a system or a process. Mechanical engineers analyze their design using the principles of motion, energy and force to insure the product functions safely, efficiently, reliably and can be manufactured at a competitive cost.

Process Engineering
Process engineering is a diversified discipline designed to satisfy the needs of various processing industries, including oil and gas and mineral processing. It encompasses new development, design, safety and environment, optimization and operation of sustainable process for human needs.

Information Communication and Technology (ICT)
ICT (information and communications technology – or technologies) is an umbrella term that includes any communication device or application, encompassing: radio, television, cellular phones, computer and network hardware and software, satellite systems and so on, as well as the various services and applications associated with them, such as videoconferencing and distance learning. ICTs are often spoken of in a particular context, such as ICTs in education, health care, or libraries.covers, but not limited to, the following topics:
